Digital Content Revamp

In 2016, the NBA wanted to revamp their digital content strategy. Their format had previously been a 20-minute studio show. We suggested to get rid of the studio and change the duration to 3-minute segments, to create a NBA digital variety show. A show that could produce a variation of engaging formats, that focused on youth passion points that would appeal to both hardcore and casual basketball fans. This was a radical departure to how NBA had connected with its audience before, and we ultimately produced more than 40 episodes.
